What is the CHER®?
The CHER® (Comprehensive Home Evaluation Report) is a web-based tool that provides a unique way to produce a home modification report. The CHER® is a state-of-the-art template for medical practitioners and/or universal and accessible home modification specialists to utilize when creating home evaluation or home assessment reports for their clients.

To get started:

- Obtain your Center’s access code from your Director
- Simply complete the requested fields in each step. 
- For Step 2, select the first user type, CHER Basic User. 
- For Step 3, for the Company Name, enter your Center’s name followed by the access code provided by your Director.
- Complete the remaining fields and continue until all steps are complete and it says:
